  • Cancellation of Booking
    In the event of a program (study or accommodation) booking cancellation by the educational institution, we guarantee a refund if the cancellation was made in accordance with the institution's rules and deadlines. All refund conditions will be clearly explained to the client at the time of booking the program.

  • Visa Refusal
    If your child or student is denied a visa, we guarantee a refund of prepaid tuition and/or accommodation fees, excluding non-refundable application and registration fees. To proceed, simply provide us with an official copy of the visa refusal. We will ensure that all matters regarding the refund are handled promptly.
